Heba Al Abasiry holds a bachelor's degree in Arts and English literature, but started her career with Arab Radio and Television Network (ART) way before the degree. During her tenure, she introduced several live and entertainment shows. In 2006, she moved to Al Arabiya channel as an anchor at 'Sabah Al-Arabiya'....

Enjoy the Feast
After a whole month of fasting, after the spiritual peace we all had after the sense of triuph and accomplishment we all felt, Ramadan is over and it's time to welcome Eid El Fitr.
My little daughter is only eight years old, but she learned this year lots of morals during Ramadan. She learned to fast not only to quit eating during the fasting hours but also to quit every bad or undesirable behavior in order to achieve the true and genuine meanind of this great month. I have promised her a reward for the effort she exerted and since the feast will soon be on our doors, she would get much more than she could possibly dream of.....

Women of Strength
A few years ago, when I was a preschool teacher, I had the most exciting, unforgettable experience of my life; in fact there is a lot to learn from the kids while teaching. My class was full of lovely little children; I had seven boys and only two girls.
One day I asked them to color a picture and I put a big set of crayons at the table for them to choose from. The boys were diving for it and were crawling up on the table to reach it. I was surprised by their eagerness, and I was more surprised to see that they were searching for the pink crayons. They wanted to color their picture in pink to imitate the girls and win their favor and approval.
They had noticed from the first time that the girls like this color and all the boys desired was to make the girls feel happy....
